Prices are per person, per day in DOUBLE ROOM and include: a choice of three different menù, Buffet of salad, vegetables and starters, Water and DOC Wine during the meals, International breakfast buffet, Parking, Gym, Bicycle, Game room, Library, roof terrace with Jacuzzi, terrace Sea View, Internet point.

All the rooms are equiped with Electronic Safe, Phone, Frigobar, TV-LCD, Free WI-FI, Balcony, Air conditioning, Hair Dryer and Shower.

REDUCTIONS FOR CHILDREN IN ROOM WITH TWO ADULTS:

- up to 3 years: € 20,00 per day,

- from 3 to 10 years: – 50%,

- from 11 to 18 years: – 30%,

- Third bed: - 15%

- Family Plan: 2 children up to 18 years - 50% each)

Reductions for “ LONG HOLYDAYS”, “EARLY BOOKING” AND “FIDELITY GUESTS” only by personalized offers.

EXTRA CHARGE:

- Duble room for single use € 25,00 per day

- Beach service € 5,00 per day per person - € 10,00 per day (included 1 umbrella + 2 sunbed)

General terms and conditions: Booking reservations is binding and cannot be changed once the stay has been confirmed.

Late Check- Out conditions: till 3:00pm +30% of the room price, from 3:00pm to 7:00pm +50%, from 7:00pm on + 100% of the room price.

The treatment accorded at booking time cannot be changed during the stay.

Changing from half board to full board accommodation requires € 25,00 fee for the extra meal.

Unconsumed meals cannot be deduckted for the bill.

Changes and cancellations: in case of early departures, the full accommodation amount will be charged. Deposit cannot be refunded if reservation is cancelled under 30 days before the arrival.

The prices indicated do not include an eventual tourist tax.
